ViiVConnect Savings Card Program

If a patient paid out of pocket for an eligible, prescribed ViiV Healthcare medication(s) and did not use the ViiVConnect Savings Card Program, they can use this form to request a rebate.

eVoucherRx™

At participating pharmacies, an eVoucher will be automatically applied to qualifying claims without the need for patients to apply for savings cards or coupons. The eVoucherRx™ program is operated by CoverMyMeds®.

Request immediate access to an oral medication for your patient

Patients who are uninsured and require urgent access to a ViiV Healthcare oral medication may qualify for a presumptive fill at no cost. ViiVConnect Access Coordinators can assist in determining eligibility, and if approved, the prescription can be picked up at a retail pharmacy.#
